Terms of Service

1. Services

VeloceTech provides custom software development, AI/LLM engineering, mobile application development, search engine optimisation, paid performance marketing, and Shopify e-commerce services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement.

2. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables produced exclusively for your project become your intellectual property. VeloceTech retains the right to use general techniques, methodologies, and frameworks learned during the engagement. Third-party libraries and tools remain subject to their respective licences.

3. Payment terms

Payment terms are defined in the project-specific Statement of Work. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at the applicable statutory rate.

4. Limitation of liability

VeloceTech's total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement or binding arbitration, unless otherwise agreed in the project-specific agreement.
